I've worked with Fortune 100 companies, startups, small businesses, and social enterprises worldwide, and now primarily focus on helping private, family-owned businesses in generational transition.
As a consultant and coach, I empower leaders by breaking down complicated challenges into practical solutions. With dual masters in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Theology, I bring a down-to-earth, holistic approach to driving sustainable change. My work is based on the timeless principles of compassion, confidence and courage.
Before starting my own consulting practice, I worked in executive roles for faith-based NGOs and in the higher education space, earning a reputation for simplifying complexity and elevating performance in the teams I led.
